I have ALWAYS wanted to do the Narrows. Didn't know that you could do an abreviated version. Very cool. So sorry to hear about I. BEEEN there! Vomit is terrible...but in the car is the worst! We had a similar experience on a trip to Utah last year...from multiple car vomits...and we were in a rented van...imagine vomit smell in a rented van...scary.
