Today I turned to Jer and said “I can’t stand my hair any longer! I have to go get it fixed.” We discussed where I’d go and who would do it because I don’t have a regular hair dresser. He wanted me to wait and find someone that was recommended to me but I wanted to do it right then. I made an appointment at the salon down the street and when I was taking off and Jer said, “If it’s a horrible cut at least you’ll have something to blog about.”

Ha, well, I don’t think it turned out horrible. I like it -for now. I obviously haven’t tried it curly yet and that can make or break it. The girl was pretty good and she told me that there was only so much she could do with the horribly chopped pieces in the back from the last episode. I told her I didn’t want an A line but she said she couldn’t stand to cut the front short enough to match the back. I agreed so this is what I got.

The one thing I wasn’t sure about was the bangs. She asked me if I wanted them and I kinda shrugged. When she started cutting them I had flash back to the 90’s. I haven’t had bangs since high school. They kind of freaked me out, like I had totally blown it, but then my sisters told me to brush the bangs to the side and I felt a lot better, eh?

So overall it gave me something to blog about but not a horrible horror story with tears and regrets and Oh My Gosh’s.
