Boring update

I have a long list on my TO DO list and for the past two day I have struggled to get out of my pajamas and out of the house. I am more then willing to blame it on the fact that I can’t fit comfortably into ANYTHING! Regular clothes cause pain and maternity clothes fall off my hips exposing areas you’d rather not see. So thus, I’m wasting my morning away on the computer and finishing my newest Real Simple magazine.

Emma’s cough turned out to be viral… I am now hacking up a lung myself. Another reason not to leave the house. Emma must have just had a bout with one cough and then quickly caught another making it drag on for a mouth and a half. Poor girl. I’m feeling for her now.

Sniff sniff hack.

The past couple weeks we’ve been busy enjoying the fall festivities. Pumpkin patches, corn mazes, fall hikes, and scenic loop drives in the mountains.  I can’t get enough of these leaves.

And my little man can’t get enough of machinery.

These photos were taken a few weeks ago at Historical Wheeler Farm. I have fun editing them but it’s hard to know if I’m doing it right. Do they look over done? I think this one of me and my hubby is cute. I sure love this guy!!

wow those are some great pictures! So sorry to hear about the never ending pj’s and the cough. Hope you feel better soon…we’ve got witch’s night out this weekend.

Cute pictures-Isaac with the green tractor is so classic. Hope you and Emma are feeling better-some coughs are so hard to get rid of.

i’m glad her cough is getting better. man I hate being pregnant and now you get to remind me of that all the time. If you want a change of senery you can come vedge on my couch in your pjs. I’ll probably even make you soup and cookies!

Hey you. Sorry your such a sicky. No fun being pregnant and coughing up lung. Alghough puking might be worse. I hate puking, prego. Just cheking in to say hi. Glad Carries back online and feeling so much better.

I think the pics look great – not overworked at all! I’m wondering what you did – I love the effect.
I’m still in my pjs pretty late in the day and I’m not preggers. Feel better soon!

I generally duplicate the picture. Use a screen blending mode. Change that layer to 50% or whatever I think looks good. I merge that layer down. Duplicate again and then use the soft light blending mode to make the colors pop. Change the opacity to 50% or so. I then use the burn tool around the edges and anything that looks to washed out with light. Ta da.
